Letting an AI reply to your customers feels risky on day one. Every guardrail below was built so the answer to “what if it gets one wrong?” is never a 2 AM phone call.

01 SHADOW MODE

It watches before it acts.

For the first 50 conversations, Arbyn drafts replies but never sends them. You approve or edit each one. Only after you sign off does it go autonomous. No surprises on day one.

02 CONFIDENCE THRESHOLD

Low confidence means you decide.

Every draft is scored. Anything below the threshold you set goes to your draft queue instead of sending. Edge cases never auto-resolve. You set the threshold, and anything below it stays with you.

03 REFUND CEILING

Money has a hard limit.

Set a per-refund and per-day ceiling. Arbyn cannot refund above it without your approval. Same for discount codes, store credit, and any other money-moving action.

04 ESCALATION RULES

Sensitive triggers route to you.
